The Marketing Executive supports the Brand and Growth functions by executing, maintaining, and optimising FINE+RARE’s day-to-day marketing activity across owned and paid channels.
This role is responsible for high-quality execution, disciplined reporting, and operational excellence across email, social, website content, and local paid advertising, ensuring brand consistency while contributing directly to traffic, engagement, and conversion performance.
The Marketing Executive plays a critical role in turning strategy into execution, and in making performance visible through structured weekly and monthly reporting.
JOB PURPOSE + AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Website & Content Operations
• Assist with the maintenance of FINE+RARE’s global websites, including:
• Site-wide content updates
• Editorial and campaign landing pages
• Image uploads and catalogue merchandising
• Ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, and timely execution across regions.
• Identify, log, and escalate website errors or inconsistencies (content, imagery, links).
2. Email Marketing (HubSpot)
• Build, deploy, and optimise email campaigns using HubSpot, including:
• Offer emails
• Editorial newsletters
• Maintain and update email templates in line with brand and UX standards.
• Execute QA checks prior to send (links, rendering, copy).
• Support A/B testing and optimisation initiatives led by Growth Marketing.
3. Social Media & Content Execution
• Support planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing of social content across:
• Facebook (where applicable)
• Assist with copywriting, proofing, and visual execution across social channels.
• Monitor comments and messages, escalating client-facing or sensitive issues where required.
• Proactively capture and create content (photo, video, short-form) at tastings, client dinners, winery visits, and events.
4. Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising (Local Execution)
• Support execution of local paid advertising campaigns, with strategy, budgets, and targets defined in collaboration with the Growth Marketing Manager.
• Execute and manage campaigns across platforms including:
• Google Ads (Search, Display where relevant)
• Paid social (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Support SEO and SEM initiatives through content updates, keyword alignment, and landing page optimisation.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement optimisations to improve efficiency and ROI.
• Manage campaign set-up, trafficking, QA, and basic optimisation following handover from Growth Marketing.
• Escalate performance issues, learnings, and opportunities to the Growth Marketing Manager.
5. Performance Reporting & Accountability (Core Responsibility)
• Produce weekly marketing performance reports covering:
• Email execution and engagement
• Social publishing, engagement, and reach
• Website traffic and content impact
• Paid advertising performance (local channels)
• Contribute to monthly performance summaries, highlighting:
• Trends vs prior periods
• Key wins and underperformance
• Learnings and optimisation opportunities
• Ensure data is accurate, clearly presented, and delivered on time.
• Use reporting to proactively flag risks, blockers, or performance issues.
6. Asset & Brand Management
• Maintain a well-organised imagery and content archive:
• Correct naming, tagging, and categorization
• Timely uploads and backups
• Ensure all outputs consistently apply FINE+RARE brand guidelines across digital touchpoints.
• Support the development and upkeep of templates for email, social and presentations.
7. Market & Competitor Awareness
• Monitor key competitors and relevant luxury brands to identify trends, creative inspiration, and executional best practice.
• Share relevant observations with the Brand and Growth teams to inform testing and iteration.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
• Bachelor’s degree in a marketing related field
• Prior experience in a similar marketing role with a passion for luxury brands
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Competency in core Adobe CS, Figma, and MS Office software
• Experience developing and scheduling content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
• Experience using CMS platforms for curating website content
• Experience using paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Proven communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Good time management and prioritization skills, with ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A keen eye for detail
• Ability to interpret and consistently apply brand guidelines
• Good understanding of a range of print and online design processes
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms quickly
• An interest in fine wine and spirits and/or the luxury space
• Fluency in English and either Cantonese or Mandarin is essential; proficiency in all three languages is highly desirable.

The Account Manager is responsible for acquiring, retaining, and developing key clients within the Italian market, with a primary base in Milan. The role places strong emphasis on business development, proactive localised networking, and building long-term, high-quality client relationships aligned to F+R’s strategic growth ambitions.
Closely aligned to F+R strategic value-drivers, you will be accountable for managing and delivering your annual sales targets, key commercials, whilst owning responsibilities on new business development, referrals (acquisition), growing and retaining clients through exceptional service levels and experience (service) and extending the customer life-time value by providing guidance and advice through full buying/resale journey (buy-store-sell).
You will actively represent and promote the F+R brand through consistent presence in the Milanese and wider Italian fine wine market, developing new client opportunities via personal networks, events, referrals, and targeted prospecting.
F+R’s clients expect a highly personalised, service-driven approach. You will be fully accountable for managing and growing your client portfolio, delivering annual sales targets, and expanding customer lifetime value through the full buy-store-sell journey.
You will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, deep market knowledge, and a proactive new-business mindset to establish F+R as a leading fine wine partner in Italy.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of Italian clients, with a strong focus on Milan-based collectors, investors, and trade relationships.
• Drive new business development through localised networking, industry events, private client introductions, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Maintain a strong on-the-ground presence in Milan, actively attending tastings, fairs, and cultural or luxury-adjacent events to build brand visibility and client relationships.
• Establish, nurture, and develop long-term, high-quality relationships with fine wine buyers, supporting sourcing, collecting, cellaring, and resale strategies.
• Source wines aligned to client demand and market opportunities using F+R’s global supplier network.
• Plan and manage a structured product and opportunity pipeline for all active and prospective clients.
• Actively use HubSpot CRM to manage client activity, opportunities, forecasting, and reporting, with strong data discipline.
• Analyse client and sales data to inform commercial decisions and territory planning.
• Own personal sales targets, key commercials, and new client acquisition goals.

• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong local knowledge and professional network within Milan and the Italian market.

Work closely with and support members of the team in the day-to-day management of supplier relationships, product sourcing, product upload, pricing support, and offer tracking, with a particular focus on maintaining clear, timely, and professional supplier communications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the day-to-day management of the supplier base, helping to maintain clear and professional relationships with producers and suppliers.
• Centralised management and monitoring of product offer, including managing deadlines and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Upload and maintain product information and offer lists within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and timely availability.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven experience in the fine wine and /or luxury spirits industry.

• Educated to WSET diploma (Level 3/4) or studying towards.
• Strong Excel skills, demonstrating an ability to create and analyse reports.

As a Client Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for F+R’s most valued customers, offering expert guidance and exceptional service throughout their fine wine and spirits journey.
You will support the Sales Director, Asia by assisting in client engagement, order processing, and fulfilment, while contributing to the sales pipeline planning and customer service excellence.
This role will be measured and remunerated on service metrics, quality of communication, resolution of tickets around key accounts, and working to deliver a consistent and exceptional brand experience for F+R’s most valuable customer segments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute client offers and service initiatives, as well as onboarding journeys, ensuring alignment with individual customer goals and standards.
