A Burgundy evening at HOME Hong Kong

For this special tasting, we have curated an exceptional lineup from some of Burgundy's most celebrated domaines, bringing together both legendary names and the region's most exciting emerging talents.

The selection includes iconic producers such as Nicolas Potel, the fallen legend whose wines have become increasingly rare and highly sought after; the Charles Noëllat estate, whose remarkable legacy is deeply connected to Burgundy greats including Leroy and Henri Jayer; and Hubert Lamy, widely regarded as one of the finest craftsmen of Burgundy white wines, especially in Saint-Aubin. Alongside these established icons, we will also explore the new generation of Burgundy excellence, featuring the highly acclaimed Alvina Pernot, whose wines have quickly earned a devoted following among collectors and enthusiasts worldwide.

Adding further depth to the experience, the tasting will journey through two remarkable decades of Burgundy, with vintages spanning from 2002 to 2022. This rare retrospective offers a fascinating opportunity to witness how great Burgundy evolves with time, revealing the nuances of vintage, terroir, and bottle age across 20 years of history.

We believe a memorable evening should begin with an exceptional glass in hand. To welcome our guests, we will be pouring Agrapart, one of Champagne's most revered grower-producers and a benchmark for excellence in Champagne. A selection of canapés will be served throughout the evening, thoughtfully chosen to accompany the wines and enhance every sip.
