The second Bannow Island release from Waterford has been matured four months longer than the first in a combination of first-fill American oak, virgin oak and French oak casks. The Irish whiskey, which forms part of Waterford’s highly successful Single Farm Origin series, was distilled in 2016 from Overture barley grown by Ed Harpur on the southern coast of County Wexford.
