This is a truly exciting single-cask independent bottling of the legendary lost rum producer, Caroni. The rum was distilled in 1999, during the final years of production at the fabled Trinidad distillery. The liquid was then filled into a lone cask (#186), where it slumbered in the tropical Caribbean climes until it was bottled by Jack Tar in November 2021.
