2014 Schramsberg Blanc de Noirs

The 2014 Blanc de Noirs Juster Vineyard comes from 100% Pinot Noir grown in Anderson Valley from a vineyard Schramsberg planted and has leased since 1998. The nose is understated, with nuanced aromas of crushed shell, fresh yogurt, pure apples and floral perfume with a savory core of dried hay, mushroom and bread dough. The medium-bodied palate has appealing depth of savory flavors with rounded, creamy mousse and great freshness on the long finish. This drinks like a Blancs de Blancs with its bright, lifted character. 1,188 cases produced.
