Score 16.5/20 · Drink 2017-2021, Jancis Robinson MW, Nov 2018

All grands and premiers crus. 50% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne. 50% Chardonnay. Aged on lees for six years. Dosage 9 g/l . Tasted blind. Smells a bit like putty. Quite rich and vibrant. Flattering. Chardonnay ascendant. Reminds me a little of a California Chard. Creamy, slightly sickly. The least impressive wine of the tasting. 2009? (JR)
