From 2.9 ha of vines, Cédric Bouchard produces all his wines from single parcels of vines, single vintages, single varieties, zero dosage, bottled without fining or filtration at low pressure and are released young. No oak. 100% Pinot Noir, 1.49 ha, max yield 50 hl/ha. Light and heartfelt rustic on the nose. Very solid and straightforward. A little sour and astringent on the finish. (JR)
