2010 Vouvray Clos Naudin Sec

In the cool of his cellars, Vincent Foreau opened the 2010 Sec alongside the 2021 vintage as a comparable, cool expression of place. At 12 years old, it remains an energetic style. Don't be deceived by its light body, it has intense concentration and is starting to fill out with time in bottle, developing light toasty notes and lime marmalade-like flavors. There's a sense of naturalness to the wine, no make up is needed here, and it has a gorgeous line of acidity. The wine has interminable length.
