2009 Baden Blauer Spatburgunder Jaspis Alte Reben

Vines planted in the 1950s. Lightish garnet. Fruit smells a lot sweeter than in their 2011s just tasted, more obviously red fruited and fragrant. Sweetly fruited and oaked with fine silky texture and great silky length. Still has plenty of life though it is delicious now. (JH)
