RS 104 g/l. Very youthful floral, honey, pineapple aromas, with a pinch of sulphurous tang on the nose. Thick and sugar-driven palate with fresh lime citrus that persists well, and a cleansed finish. (RH)

The 2019 Graacher Himmelreich Auslese is clear, fresh and spicy on the deep, concentrated, very fine and flinty as well as vegetal and floral nose. Round and intense on the palate, this is a complex, tight and sustainably salty and refreshing Auslese in the digestible, food-friendly style. Tasted at the domain in September 2020.

AP number 16 20. Water-white. Lifted, light almond nose. Broad and fruity. Light and very refreshing, lifted and delightful. Quite a charmer. Racy and almost chalky-textured. Light honey sensation but not at all heavy. (JR)
