Beeswax, Quaker Oat Squares, and candied orange dipped in milk chocolate on the nose. Generous vanilla flavors with a thick, layered mouthfeel of milk chocolate, golden caramel, and ginger, becoming creamier with honey, meringue, and sweet white chocolate in a finish that fades slowly, becoming noticeably drier. It feels less complex than other whiskies at this age, but the rich harmony of flavors is still utterly irresistible.

Speyside-based Balvenie is the only Scotch whisky distillery to grow its own barley, use traditional floor maltings and keep coppersmiths and coopers on site. Its single malts – made by the longest-serving Malt Master David Stewart MBE – are some of the most recognised worldwide
