Beautiful crème de cassis, candied violets, spring flowers, and graphite notes emerge from the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard The G.T.O and, as with the other To Kalon releases, it brings that classic opulence and decadence that the vineyard is known for while also staying weightless, perfectly balanced, and incredibly pure. The tannins here are present yet polished and perfectly ripe, it has a notable sense of purity and freshness, and the finish keeps you coming back to the glass. Drink bottles any time over the coming 20+ years.
