Remoissenet’s 2023 Chambolle Charmes is as charming as you’d expect, with parma violets and iris dancing alongside raspberry and red cherry fruit. There’s great purity to the palate, with a line of acidity giving the wine great tension. Juicy, sweet fruit is accompanied by crushed chalk minerality. The finish is long and fresh, with a floral lift alongside its rocky freshness. A wine of great finesse.
