The palate is very well balanced, full of tension and precision. There is just a subtle reduction on the finish, but it feels long and tender. One of the more sophisticated wines from Guffens.

The 2023 Pouilly-Fuissé C. C. has tightened up a bit with additional élevage and bottling, offering up aromas of pear and white flowers mingled with hints of mint and honey. Medium- to full-bodied, satiny and seamless, it's pure and suave, with a lively core of fruit and a saline finish.
