A youthful silver/yellow color, the 2020 Chardonnay Rochioli Estate is fresh and aromatic with aromas of pure fresh pear, lime blossom, pithy citrus, and fresh yellow flowers. Medium to full-bodied, it has a silky texture with a clean, soft feel and a stony underpinning. It’s elegant and pure all the way through and has a clean finish. Drink it over the next 4-6 years. Each of the Valette wines were made in partnership with The Mattheson, a restaurant in Healdsburg.
