Score 89/100 · Drink 2013-2017, Robert Parker, Dec 2013

The 2011 Pinot Noir Bastard Tongue (or, as the label reads. BT) is an impressive, well-endowed Pinot tipping the scales at 15.2% alcohol. Lots of root vegetable, berry fruit, forest floor and underbrush characteristics are present in this complex, soft, round, medium to full-bodied Pinot Noir. Surprisingly loaded for a 2011, it should drink well for 3-4 years. Tel. (707) 528-6203
