The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate has a pretty, sappy, blue and black-fruited profile that shows more floral and green herb notes with time in the glass. It will be too green for some, yet it's nicely balanced, medium to full-bodied, and has outstanding length. I'd give it a year or two to integrate its oak component and it will be easier to see where this is headed at that point. 394 cases.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is a big, potent wine loaded with blackberry jam, chocolate, spice, new leather, licorice and espresso. This super-concentrated Cabernet packs a serious punch. It's not exactly subtle, but the luscious, bold style is surely appealing. The huge tannins will always be there.
