The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard is another huge, potent wine in this range, but it appears to have enough fruit to stand up to its formidable tannins. Inky dark fruit, bittersweet chocolate, spice, menthol and licorice give this brooding beauty all of the To Kalon signatures. There is certainly plenty to like.
