A wine of reserve and nobility, the 2018 Le Montrachet Grand Cru is superb. Fresh, vibrant and explosive in the early going, the Remoissenet Montrachet opens up beautifully in the glass. Striking aromatics and rich fruit play off the wine’s natural energy so well. The 2018 Le Montrachet Grand Cru has turned out very well indeed, wafting from the glass with aromas of pear, citrus oil, white flowers, orange zest and warm bread, its new oak already more integrated than in Remoissenet's Bâtard. Full-bodied, ample and layered, it's muscular and concentrated, with fine structuring dry extract and a seamless, complete profile.
