2020 Dearden Wines Cabernet Sauvignon Sleeping Giant Coombsville

Unlike the super 2013 version, the 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon Coombsville offers scents of kiln-dried lumber and almost a hint of hickory smoke. Underneath is an array of cassis and brambly blackberry fruit. Full-bodied but astringent and abrupt on the finish, I'm not at all sure how this wine will evolve, hence the ? in the rating.
