A marvellously fresh wine with aromas of green apple, pear, peaches, apricots and an intense mineral backbone (chalky, dusty even). There is masses of acidity, making the Haut-Lieu almost Riesling like! Melon, lemon zest and green apples again on the very textured palate. Compact, well defined with long mineral finish. FINE+RARE
