(also sulfited) Deeply pitched aromas of peach, clove and menthol. Fatter and more concentrated than the Chevalier, with a strong spice character. Large-scaled and round, with just enough acidity to maintain its shape. But not yet showy. The Chevalier is finer but this is fatter.
