Ripe, vibrant aromas of apple, minerals and flint. Dense, ripe and concentrated, with flavors of peach, apple and pear. Seamless, broad and rather full, even if it can't quite match the Forets yet for cut. But this is still very unevolved. Perhaps best today on the crisp, stony aftertaste.

Pure aromas of ripe apple and stones. Broad, dense and sweet but with a lovely light touch; lively flavors of lemon, cold steel and dusty stone are framed by strong acids. Finishes very long and subtle, with terrific cut.
