Score 91-95/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, Sep 2005

Nose highlights soil tones over fruit: wet stone, iodine, clove and mint. Sweet and rich, with a superb sugar/acid balance and terrific grip. The strong wet stone character carries through in the mouth and on the very long, vibrant aftertaste. Extremely unevolved and promising.
