Full red-ruby. Very ripe, somewhat sauvage aromas of black cherry, plum, smoke, gunflint and minerals. Broad, layered and rich, with outstanding sweetness but also superb flavor definition and grip. A distinct step up in fullness, without any loss of vivacity. Finishes very ripe and very long, with the tannins buried by fruit.
