1999 La Spinetta Barbaresco Valeirano

The 1999 Barbaresco Vigneto Valeirano has the most tannin of the three 1999s, but is also has serious depth in its fruit. Here, too, the aromas and flavors remain bright and focused, with no signs of oxidation. Freshly cut flowers, mint, spices and violets are all layered into the powerful, incisive finish. This is another impressive showing from La Spinetta.
