The 2019 Brut Contadino is a varietal Fiano in sparkling form, with a captivating bouquet of baked apples, pears, gingery spice and sweet smoke. This stimulates the palate with a chiseled wave of fine bubbles and sour citrus propelled by zesty acidity. Ripe orchard fruits come forward toward the close. The 2019 finishes long, spicy and refreshing with hints of raw almonds. The Contadino is produced using Metodo Classico and spends twenty-four months refining on the lees.
