RS 125g/l, pH 3.5, TA 9.4g/l. A pale brown shade in the glass. Tobacco, mint leaf, spices and herbs, citrus fruit and treacle, demerara sugar, still very vibrant acidity with caramelised nuts and a tinny hint to the very lengthy finish. (RH)
