Full bottle 1,321 g. Peach, honey, lemon juice and a scoop of sea-salt that really gives this provenance. The fruit is maturing well at four years old, no immediate rush to drink this, and you never know – that core fruit might evolve further. There's a lovely fresh fennel and aniseed note on the long finish. Pushing the Albariño envelope! (RH)

Grassy nose, zesty palate, slight pithiness. Moderate acidity, medium body and not as much primary orchard fruit as you normally associate with Albariño. (RH)
