Bright ruby-red. Spicy, perfumed aromas of black raspberry and black cherry. Fat, rich and deep; already offers compelling inner-mouth perfume. Lush and verging on confectionery. Finishes very long, with chewy, thoroughly ripe tannins. This really transcends its appellation.
