The 2020 Bourgogne Pinot Noir offers up notes of sweet berry fruit, orange rind, spices and smoke, followed by a medium-bodied, bright and lively palate that's fine-boned and elegant, concluding with a perfumed finish.

Vineyard abutting the DN74, first vines on the edge of Volnay. Cask sample. Mid ruby; fresh red and black cherry. Soft structure and a little volume on the finish. (MH)

The 2020 Bourgogne Pinot Noir has quite a backward nose, darker fruit than some of its peers, though well defined. The palate is medium-bodied with firm tannins, good backbone here, also quite "strict" in style (in a Pommard kinda way). This might age better than you think.
