Rochioli 2013 Pinot Noir Sweetwater is exotic, perfumed and full of nuance. Rose petal, orange zest, spice and mint add attractive overtones to a core of bright red fruit. Firm tannins give the 2013 much of its energy, tension and overall drive. The 2013 will drink well young, but it also has enough structure to age beautifully for at least a handful of years.

The seductive, deep ruby-hued 2013 Pinot Noir Sweetwater offers up lots of kirsch, flower and black fruit aromas. Tom Rochioli has brilliantly pulled off the harvest and fermentation as the tannins are wonderfully sweet and well-integrated, and the influence of new oak is delicate. Lush, opulent and already delicious, this wine should drink well for 5-7 years.
