The 2013 Oberhauser Brucke Spatlese is very clear, precise, herbal and mineral on the nose with lemon and pineapple aromas. Juicy, piquant and elegant on the palate this is a rich, sweet and salty, stimulating Riesling with a sensual fruitiness and a piquant length. Lovely to drink now and over the next 20 years.

Very pale. Firm and not that sweet. Masses of tight acidity. Just a little hard at the moment. Slightly hard end. (JR)
