Dark crimson with a pale rim. Sweet, curranty and very St-Émilion. A hint of dried fruits but lots of fluidity on the palate too. Not one of the densest textured but very refreshing – and only slightly dry on the end. (JR)

A supple, lighter style of wine in 2010, the 2010 L’Arrosee is stylish and medium to full-bodied, with seductive notes of black cherries, cranberries and mulberries. Some oak is present, but this is a mid-weight, savory, broad and disarming wine to drink over the next 10-15 years.
This is a soft, approachable wine that is easy to enjoy young and is not that complex. There are lifted plum and blackberry flavours on the palate with a moderate length. asianpalate.com
About the producer
Ch. l’Arrosée was a 9.5-hectare vineyard in Saint-Emilion. After the château was sold to Domaine Clarence Dillon (owners of Ch. Haut-Brion and Ch. la Mission Haut-Brion) in 2013, the wine was discontinued and the grapes are now used for Ch. Quintus.
