From a blind tasting of more than 60 white burgundies submitted to British Airways in Feb 2007 for serving in their First Class cabin from August 2008 until August 2009. Rich, heady nose. Very full and evolved – not quite enough freshness for the long haul. Perfectly satisfactory in a chunky sort of thick-cut marmalade kind of way for the moment. (JR)
