I'm looking at this wine as an "aged release" wine in 2023. The 2007 Riesling is rich and yellow fruited, with saffron, loquat, mandarin oil, beeswax, white pepper, apricot kernel and saline acidity through the finish. There's marmalade and butter on toast through the finish. The finish is absolutely seamless and unbroken, not a hair out of place, so to speak. Sensational wine. This is a must. Find it if you can. 12.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.

Hardly seems to have aged at all! Or at a snail's pace anyway… Almost fossilised. (JR)
Lemon. Well balanced, very confident wine with superb poise and balance. Some spritz.. Really refreshing off dry style though perhaps not quite as complex as some. (JR)
