(all grenache, from a single vineyard planted at an altitude of 850 meters) Bright ruby-red. Aromas of baked raspberry, kirsch, tar and roasted garrigue Very rich and silky, but with excellent acid cut giving shape to the black cherry flavor. Boasts a high-altitude freshness despite its slightly baked quality. Finishes with dusty, broad tannins, a mineral nuance and very good length. Very distinctive wine, slightly Chateauneuf-like but with more obvious acidity.
