Score 91/100 · Drink 2014, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Aug 2014

The 1969 Single Harvest Tawny is a small release of just six casks. Despite being older than the 1982, here it actually exhibits more intensity on the nose with leather, mandarin, white pepper, chlorophyll and lightly oxidative aromas. The palate is very well-balanced and focused, with a pleasant viscosity and a lightly honeyed, walnut and balsamic-tinged finish. This is a little gem. Drink now.
