Score 89/100 · Drink 2014-2018, Lisa Perrotti-Brown MW, Wine Advocate, Apr 2014

Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2013 Clarry’s GSM shows off a nose laced with notes of kirsch, red plum preserves and red currant jelly with hints of pepper, lavender and Provence herbs. Medium to full-bodied, the palate gives a good amount of expressive red fruit flavors supported by chewy tannins and a long finish with a pleasant herbal lift. Drink it now to 2018+. No known USA importer.

"All organically estate-grown, picked over an extended period with multiple, separate, open fermentation and separately matured for 6 months in used oak hogsheads. Full crimson-purple, marvellously rich and complete, with a plush array of red and black fruits with some chocolate and fruitcake, plus perfectly pitched tannins. One of the great all-time bargains." www.winecompanion.com.au
