Score 92-95/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, Dec 2016

Bright dark red. Perfumed, mineral-driven aromas of raspberry, cherry, marzipan and fresh blood. Wonderfully suave and detailed, with intense red fruit flavors framed and carried by salty minerality. This classic, rather old-fashioned Pommard finishes very long, with medicinal minerality and serious tannic spine. It's likely to be a long ager.
