The 2015 Chambolle Musigny 1er Cru Les Fuesselottes showed a similar reduction on the nose as the Les Cras when I tasted it from barrel. The palate is medium-bodied with chewy tannin on the entry, moderate depth but feels rather static towards the finish. I would be looking for more depth and complexity once this is in bottle. I found myself more impressed by some of the top-perfuming village crus. Let's see how this turns out.

Deep red-ruby. Strawberry, spices and dark chocolate on the nose, complemented by a smoky element and lifted by a floral topnote. Nicely fat and sweet but also quite detailed. Despite its youthful medicinal reserve, this will be a charmer. Finishes tasty and long, with integrated tannins.
(from 20+ year old vines). Once again reduction pushes the fruit to the background. There is excellent punch and detail to the equally saline-inflected but more refined medium weight flavors that possess better complexity on the lilting and well-balanced finale.
