Score 89-91/100 · Drink 2017-2029, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Dec 2015

The 2014 Fixin 1er Cru Clos Napoléon is a 1.80-hectare monopole belonging to the domaine. This vintage includes 50% whole bunch fruit. It has a tightly wound nose, nicely defined and detailed with blackberry and raspberry fruit, hints of limestone underneath. The palate is well balanced, supple in the mouth with a keen line of acidity. I appreciate the weight and elegance here -- this comes recommended.
