Score 91-94/100 · Allen Meadows, Burghound, Jun 2019

Here too post-malo fermentation aromas completely mask the fruit. By contrast there is excellent freshness and vibrancy to the delicious and focused middle weight flavors that possess a classy mouth feel and fine length on the balanced finish. This is definitely on the lighter side compared to a classic example of Montrachet but the balance is quite good so it's entirely possible that his will add weight and flesh out as it ages.

This shows tightness and freshness, despite the density and richness. Very dense and flavorful. Full and layered with ripe peaches, white truffles and a very rich finish. Drink or hold.
