Smooth and correct with refined acidity and some light smokiness. Polished and a fine expression of the vintage. (JR)

The 2014 Meursault Casse Tête has a fragrant bouquet that delivers impressive complexity: pithy fruit, dried mango and a touch of toffee apple, all very well defined. The palate is well balanced with a crisp line of acidity. Very fine tension here, the weight evenly distributed from start to finish, adorned with a long and minerally finish. Excellent.
