The 2014 Chinon L'Huisserie displays a dark cherry color followed by super ripe and intense, a bit oxidative plummy aromas with graphite notes. Silky, lush and elegant on the palate, this is a tightly woven, concentrated, complex and pretty persistent Cab Franc with fine yet tight tannins and good aging potential.
