2018 Yarra Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Saturated ruby. High-pitched red and dark berry, floral and exotic spice aromas show outstanding clarity and pick up hints of cigar box and smoky minerals with air. At once concentrated and vibrant in character, offering appealingly sweet, incisive bitter cherry, red currant, spicecake and candied rose flavors and a late hint of blood orange. The red fruit and floral notes drive a wonderfully long, spicy finish framed by polished, well-knit tannins. This intriguing wine was made with 100% whole clusters.
