The 2014 Proprietary Red Vin Perdu, a blend of 68% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cabernet Franc and the rest Merlot and Petit Verdot, is a juicy, round and supple wine with a dense ruby/purple color, a nice fleshy, medium to full-bodied mouthfeel, light tannin, nice, attractive, plump fruit and a delicious, relatively long finish. This is a wine to drink now and over the next 7-8 years for its exuberance and charm.

The 2014 Vin Perdu is dense, powerful and beautifully textured in the glass. Dark red cherry, plum, mocha, leather, licorice and sweet spices wrap around the palate. Supple and pliant, the Vin Perdu is super expressive today.
