The 2017 Bourgogne Blanc, which has been blended in vat, offers attractive walnut and white chocolate scents on the well defined nose, gaining intensity with aeration. The palate is very well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, very expressive with very impressive complexity towards the finish. This Bourgogne Blanc punches well above its status and comes highly recommended.

The 2017 Bourgogne Blanc offers up notes of green pear, lemon and white flowers, followed by a medium-bodied, tangy palate with a crunchy core of fruit and a chalky finish. Having just been racked and sulfited, I suspect it will be a little fleshier by the time it's in bottle, but it will always be a crisp, incisive wine.
