The 2019 Bourgogne Chardonnay bursts with aromas of citrus oil, peaches and white flowers. Medium-bodied, perfumed and charming, it derives from parcels in the commune of Chassagne-Montrachet that suffered in this year's frosts.

The 2019 Bourgogne Chardonnay has a perfumed lime and citrus peel nose with tropical tones tucked just underneath. The palate is well balanced with fresh grapefruit and citrus peel on the entry, lightly spiced with fine energy on the finish. This was already bottled.

All vines in Chassagne and fermented and aged in old oak. Already bottled. Bright fruit and nicely balanced. A little hard on the end. (JR)
