The 2019 Chambolle-Musigny Les Echézeaux displays notes of raspberries, orange rind and spices, followed by a medium to full-bodied, velvety and seamless palate. Charming and lively, with fine depth at the core, this is promising.

The confusingly named 2019 Chambolle-Musigny Les Echézeaux comes from half organic and half traditionally farmed vines. The climat is just adjacent to the village. The wine has a gentle bouquet featuring clean ripe raspberry and wild strawberry fruit and a touch of clementine. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins and a little grainy in texture, with good density and grip on the finish. Bold, but not overdone. This is extremely good.
